Hello, I'm Quatre. I really hope we'll be friends :).

Quatre Winner is from the anime and manga series Gundam Wing. He belongs to Bandai, Sunrise, and the Sotsu Agency, along with the rest of the Gundam Wing Universe. This is an RP journal, and I make no money off of it.
Information about him is here.
He's not psychic, but he's very good at reading people's emotions/general intentions (which possibly is good to the point of being a bit unnatural, but he doesn't know this). He cannot read minds. His default language in Milliways is English, however if your character is speaking another language that he speaks (I'll ping to make sure), I'll just start with "Quatre, in language says" and then keep going with that as the new default. If he is speaking a language that one or more characters in the conversation doesn't understand (rare, and I'll ask before doing so) that language will be in italics.
